Bernie came to Giant Paw Rescue on Valentine’s Day and instantly touched each of our hearts. He was loved and taken care of by his wonderful foster Mom, Tracy and his foster Aunt Kathleen. He enjoyed spending his days hanging out by the pool, lounging around with his new friend Sophie and soaking up the fresh air and sunshine.
Bernie made our lives richer for knowing him. He is a true testament to courage, loyalty and bravery. Bernie was a true gentle giant with the most loving heart. We will miss you forever Bernie, but you leave us with the fondest memories. You taught us the true meaning of unconditional love.
